Summer’s Project Management Deliverables:

• 3 hour long Zoom 1:1 Coaching Sessions (scheduled over 5 weeks)

• Core Deliverable: End-to-end course launch system for up to 4 new courses/month (can scale higher).

    Supporting Deliverables:

      - 10-day Launch Calendar (Pre-Launch → Cart Open → Cart Close)

      - 6 branded Instagram posts per launch (quotes, teasers, course benefits)

      - 3 email campaigns per launch (Waitlist Invite, Cart Open, Last Call)

      - Teaser copy + talking points for provider to share with their own network

      - Discount incentive strategy + copy

      - Optional: Repurpose provider interviews into reels or audio clips for instagram

  Guarantee: Up to 4 complete launch kits delivered monthly + ongoing Slack/Email support for provider coordination.

  Price: $2,500/month (scale up to $3,500 if producing >5 launches/month)

• Please note this is a 5 week term due to onboarding - monthly retainer will be $2500 every month moving forward.

Must be used in 5 weeks, no rollover for missed sessions.
