As the world and society grapple with a challenge that has caused us all to change the way we gather and feel a multitude of intense emotions, we remain dedicated to helping you feel and be the best version of yourself.

In order to do so in the safest way possible, we’ve made a few adjustments and created a virtual studio where you can access the same workouts with our amazing coaches and your community from the comfort of your own home!

In order to make this transition as smooth as possible for you, we’ve outlined everything you need to know in order to take full advantage of the virtual studio!


Routine has been disrupted for all of us as we grapple with the current shift in society.

Too much disruption in your routine allows more stress to creep into your nervous system and can hinder the efficacy of your immune system. Because we’re dedicated to keeping wellness a central focus of your lifestyle, we’ve made all classes on the schedule available as part of our virtual studio!

Our coaches will be teaching from home to make sure that we can all continue to train together in a manner that keeps everyone safe and allows you to continue to integrate movement into your daily routine. We believe that providing access to the classes that you normally participate in is essential for your health and wellness, regardless of any obstacles presented by the current situation. By continuing to incorporate movement into your routine, you’ll be better equipped to decrease your stress level and maintain a healthy mindset.

Tennis balls have been used to roll out muscles since the beginning of time.

Using your household objects, like hammers, broomsticks, and dowels in place of a mace/clubbell gets your creative juices flowing in your own space and builds morale for all the super awesome workouts you’ll be doing without having to leave your home.

Seeing everyone’s creative ideas come to life on camera has been a delightful community building ritual for everyone participating in the virtual classes, including the coaches. Transitioning to the “new normal” has been a challenge for the entire globe but we know we are resilient!

While it may seem like you have to sacrifice part of your wellness routine in order to stay safe, the power of technology and your fellow community members (who have been absolutely slaying it virtually) give you the control to continue giving your mind and body the space and time to maintain a healthy lifestyle and mindset.

The Flow Shala team is elated by the support that continues to pour in from the beloved flow community. Although the studio is virtual for the time being, there has never been a better time to stay on top of your healthy habits and keep tapping into flow state through movement!
