All of our 6-week class series are designed to help you stick with a workout routine, build understanding of your body and work on progressing through a dedicated movement practice while developing a deeper relationship with your coach and peers. Don’t worry, if you miss a class in your series there’s always opportunity to make it up!

Movement with a Purpose: (H.I.I.T. Workout)

Summer Huntington

Mondays 8:30 - 9:30AM

Summer focuses on a new mindset topic every week in this series. Focus on Expanding Consciousness and reaching energetic coherence in one's personal development. This Class will explore many ancient tools, modern personal development techniques, elite performance coaching and breathwork to help empower you to live your best self. Expect to set your physical and mental goals at the beginning of each movement class, coached by expert Flow State of Mind coach Summer Huntington.


Core Conditioning Flow (Drop Ins Welcome)

Calypso Saliba

Mondays 5:30 PM – 6:30PM

This high energy class focuses on inner core conditioning, body awareness and non-conventional mobility. Expect to be challenged in new ways, work on balance, and prepare your core for the strength to come. You will learn the fundamentals of deep inner core, and progress to fun & invigorating sequences.


H.I.I.T + Yoga

Tuesdays// thurs 6:30 - 7:30AM

Combining vinyasa style yoga + H.I.I.T. protocols, this well rounded class will get your body moving in multiple planes of motion, while increasing your endurance levels, mobility, and flexibility. We will be using a combination of bodyweight workouts and mini clubbells for a moderate to high intensity class workout. .


Steel Mace & Flow (H.I.I.T. Workout)

Want to learn the fundamentals of working with a steel mace and tap into your inner warrior? This class is for all levels and will help you get stronger, more coordinated and give you a focused workout. All levels are welcome, and you WILL get better with practice. Come sweat and explore Flow in this RAD class. Summer is a certified Steel Mace specialist and integrates her knowledge on mobility and clubs into every workout & Flow.


Strength & Conditioning (H.I.I.T. Workout)

Wed 5:30 - 6:30pm

This class is a combination of using Heavy Clubs, Kettle Bells, Steel Mace, Clubs, and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength, endurance, and power. Be prepared to work your muscles and get your sweat on! 


High Intensity Functional Training (H.I.I.T. workout)

CHARLEEN HESS

Monday/ WEDNESDAYs 6:30 - 7:30AM

The class will be a 60 minute FUNctional fitness class. We will be using clubbell athletics, kettlebells, med balls, parralettes and even hula hoops combined with H.I.I.T. and TACFIT timing protocols. This full body workout will get your heart pumping as you challenge your body, learning new skills that strengthen your muscles and gives you the space to express yourself through movement!


Yoga + Strength (H.I.I.T. Workout)

Thursdays 8:30 - 9:30AM

Stoke your morning fire with Alise's yoga & strength class! This class will be a combination of basic vinyasa and strength training using light clubs to wake up your muscles and provide strength and stability to your posture. Core, upper body and lower body all included for an overall training. The focus of this class is to build awareness of alignment in poses to increase proper posture and strength in order to live with ease. Discover the subtleties in your body and learn how to identify and turn on your muscles.


Clubbell Yoga

Adrienne Beattie

FriDays 7:00 - 8:00 Am

Kick start your weekend with a Friday morning sweat sesh! Coach Adrienne integrates her knowledge and experience with Structural Medicine into all of her teaching. Each week builds off of the last in it's exploration of the body's Myo-fascial Meridians, providing students the skills to move more mindfully in this dynamic (and not so conventional) Clubbell Yoga series. Each class is includes an awakening, conditioning and flow section, both weighted and unweighted.


RAD Mobility + Yoga (Drop-Ins Welcome)

Friday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Here you will learn some non-conventional ways to increase range of motion using the best Self Myofascial Release tools on the market - RAD Roller tools. All levels welcome, even if you aren't naturally flexible.
Experience relief like you've never thought possible.


Foundations Training (Drop Ins Welcome)

Brooke Andrews is a local Rolfer, bodyworker and craniosacral therapist with a passion for teaching Foundation Training, founded by Dr. Eric Goodman. Her teaching style is informative, well sequenced and will have a huge impact on your structure.


Are you interested in having strong beautiful posture? Are you interested in being pain-free in your back, hips, and shoulders? How about increasing your oxygen levels and breathing capacity so you can think with clarity? If you deeply desire a whole integrated healthy body and mind that moves with freedom then this Foundation Training class is just for you. In this class, we combine powerful movements, intentional poses and conscious breathe work to activate the muscles of core, hips, and back. Each class is a comprehensive workshop of learning why we have physical issues and moving in a way to heal them.


Restorative Yoga (Drop Ins Welcome)

Sundays 6:00 - 7:00 Pm

Unwind and reset during this hour long Restorative Yoga class. Consisting of yoga poses held for long periods of time, this class will give you the space to relax and release tension in your body. Each week will be focusing on Thomas Myers myofascial meridians, using stretches to release & explore six different myofascial lines in the body.
