Meet Josh, our newest coach at Flow Shala. This kinesiology and psychology fanatic also created a podcast called “Reality Tunnels” and founded Mountain Fit, a fitness program for all types who want to get out and explore nature’s bounty. Josh will be teaching a class at Flow Shala that integrates steel mace movement with embodiment of common archetypes- the King, Queen, Warrior and Wizard.

Summer was the first person to open my eyes to a career of entrepreneurship and quality movement education. Her influence helped me decide to become a Structural Medicine specialist which has been a HUGE addition to my understanding of the body and increased my commitment to working in the realm of movement and healing in my life.
